By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or provide false information. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under UAE law. Product Information & Availability We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to: (a) Correct any errors or omissions without prior notice (b) Cancel or refuse orders if a product is incorrectly listed or unavailable (c) Modify, discontinue, or withdraw products at any time All products are subject to availability. Pricing & Payment All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Accepted payment methods include: (a) Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard); and (b) Apple Pay All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not collect or store your payment card details. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and agree to be bound by the terms and policies of such third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by third-party providers. Shipping & Delivery We currently deliver within the UAE across all Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. Delivery charges: (a) Free standard delivery on orders above AED 250 (b) AED 25 fee for orders below AED 250 Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays). Important Notes: Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failures caused by courier handling, incorrect delivery information provided by you, customs inspections, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking link to activate. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed deliveries. International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand to more countries soon. Returns & Refunds For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any health & beauty items (including skincare, makeup, and cosmetics) or on personalised products made to your order. We will only provide a refund or exchange in the following cases: (a) you received the wrong item or shade; or (b) your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing defect. To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing customer.service@vimijoshibeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. If approved, we may require you to return the item in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or removal of protective seals cannot be accepted. Once the returned item has been received.
